Iranian Foreign Minister: Cease-Fire, Prisoner Swap Would Be Fair [Fox News]
"The circumstances prevailing in the region are not in the interests of the Zionist entity," he said, referring to Israel. "The attack launched by Israel was orchestrated."
Translation of Marxist Doublespeak:
The circumstances prevailing in the region are not in the interests of Iran. The attack launched by us through Hizbollah was orchestrated."
That was around 4:25 pm Israeli time. Approximately 17 minutes later, Israel National News issued this report:
The IDF Homefront Command has instructed residents of the entire Golan Heights to enter shelters and safe rooms following rocket attacks earlier, possibly from the Syrian border – a reality that would mark yet another escalation in warfare.

Senior northern military correspondent Menachem Horowitz explains that a rocket struck the eastern area of the Golan Heights earlier in the day, an area that was never under threat of rocket fire.
Lizrael Update gives more info on Homefront Command instructions to the residents in the Golan.

YNetNews reports that Al-Aqsa is claiming they kidnapped an IDF soldier:
Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigades, Fatah's military wing, issued a statement claiming that their operatives had kidnapped a soldier from the Border Guard Police in the West Bank.

The statement also contained the name of the allegedly kidnapped soldier.
Could this be propaganda? The JPost report adds:
Brig. Gen. Yair Golan, commander of IDF in Judea and Samaria, said that he was unaware of the rumors but noted that in recent weeks, Palestinian terrorists have been using kidnapping claims as psychological warfare against Israel.
