How do you say "Kick Ass" in Hebrew?

To quote my grandfather, "If anyone can do it, it's the Jews. They proved that in the Six Day War."

Israeli Hints at Preparation to Stop Iran [AP]

"Israel will not be able to accept an Iranian nuclear capability and it must have the capability to defend itself, with all that that implies, and this we are preparing," Shaul Mofaz said.

When Israel bombs the crap out of Iran, will they even need to worry about "conceeding" to the "Palestinians" any more? I think not.

"Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me."

Yes that was when Israel was obedient. What about today?

"Look! The hand of Jehovah has not become too short that it cannot save, nor has his ear become too heavy that it cannot hear. No, but the very errors of you people have become the things causing division between you and your God, and your own sins have caused the concealing of his face from you to keep from hearing. For your own palms have become polluted with blood, and your fingers with error. Your own lips have spoken falsehood. Your own tongue kept muttering sheer unrighteousness. There is no one calling out in righteousness, and no one at all has gone to court in faithfulness. There has been a trusting in unreality, and a speaking of worthlessness. There has been a conceiving of trouble, and a bringing of what is hurtful to birth." Isaiah 59:1-4

As the rest of the chapter indicates, Adonai's promises to Israel are eternal and everlasting. They are not dependent on Israel's disobedience, but rather, HaShem will save Israel because of the world's disobedience of and disregard for Adonai and His people Israel.

"Adonai saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice. He saw that there was no one, was amazed that no one interceded. Therefore his own arm brought him salvation, and his own righteousness sustained him. He put on righteousness as his breastplate, salvation as a helmet on his head; he clothed himself with garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in a mantle of zeal. He repays according to their deeds-- fury to his foes, reprisal to his enemies; to the coastlands he will repay their due; in the west they will fear the name of Adonai, and likewise, in the east, his glory.

For he will come like a pent-up stream, impelled by the Spirit of Adonai. "Then a Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Ya'akov who turn from rebellion." So says Adonai. "And as for me," says Adonai, "this is my covenant with them: my Spirit, who rests on you, and my words which I put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth or from the mouth of your children, or from the mouth of your children's children, now or ever," says Adonai.
